This is a 2–3 hour, one-to-one consultation for individuals seeking deep, compassionate support in restoring rhythm, energy, and resilience.
Whether you’re navigating chronic symptoms, emerging from overwhelm, or feeling ready to shift something meaningful in your life — this session creates the space to begin.
It’s not just a consultation. It’s a grounding process — where we gently begin to map what’s burdening your terrain, and where your system may already be seeking healing.

Starting with Presence
Our work together is grounded in safety, presence, and a belief in your innate capacity to shift — gently and sustainably.
We begin by reviewing your pre-intake reflections together. This allows us to honour your story and clarify what brought you here — creating space for your voice to guide the first steps.
Emotional Grounding with The Manse Method®
From there, we move into The Manse Method® — a gentle, neuroscience-informed approach designed to support emotional transformation and restore coherence in the nervous system.
Whether you’re working with grief, stress, overwhelm, or simply wish to feel more resourced and grounded, this method invites the body into a parasympathetic state — often the very place where healing begins.
Ahead of our session, I’ll invite you to prepare a short Peace List: a few memories, situations, or emotions that feel unresolved or stir discomfort — areas where you may welcome more emotional ease. These don’t need to be dramatic events; they may be subtle or recurring experiences.
And you never need to share them with me unless you choose to — The Manse Method® is entirely non-intrusive and does not require verbal disclosure. The Peace List is simply a private tool to help you reflect and guide your own inner work.
Whole-System Review & Next Steps
After this embodied phase, we transition into a deeper case exploration. I’ll guide us through a whole-system review — mapping how your digestion, hormones, immune health, energy, and environment may be interacting.
This is where we begin to see the threads that connect symptoms, lived experiences, and underlying imbalances — and where a fuller picture begins to emerge.
Following our session, I’ll send you a gentle summary along with personalised reflections and recommendations. These may include nourishment insights, lifestyle shifts, and suggested areas for deeper support — all aligned with your values, readiness, and the rhythm of your life.
Together, we’ll decide where to focus — whether that’s restoring energy, supporting detoxification, strengthening your resilience, or simply reclaiming more ease and flow.
This session is both structured and intuitive — designed not only to inform but to transform, helping you feel more at home in your body and more confident in your path forward.
Before We Meet
After booking, you’ll receive a private intake package to complete and return before our session.
