About

About me

I believe true health goes beyond just treating symptoms—it’s about understanding your unique story, your environment, and how your body responds to both. Having lived on two continents and experienced both war and peace, I learned that deep, non-judgmental listening is the foundation of care.

As Hippocrates wisely said:
“It’s more important to know what sort of person has a disease than to know what sort of disease a person has.”

This belief has shaped my entire career. My background in Sociology and Education trained me to see the individual behind the facts—to listen, observe, and guide. For over 30 years as a teacher and lecturer, I helped people discover their strengths and express their potential.

Then, in 2018, my journey took a new turn. I trained as a naturopath & nutritional therapist and was introduced to the fascinating ecosystem within us. I realised how powerfully our diet, lifestyle, and environment shape who we are.

Now, I integrate this knowledge to help individuals and families take charge of their health—building resilience not just for today, but for future generations. Prevention is at the heart of my approach. By educating my clients, I empower them to make informed choices that support long-term well-being—both for themselves and the planet.

Because just as it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a thriving planet to sustain a healthy life.

The Bigger Picture

My Mission

At the heart of true wellness lies a profound connection—between our personal health and the health of the planet. At PhiNutriomics, we believe that personalised healthcare is not just about optimising individual well-being; it is a responsibility to the world we share and the generations to come.

Our approach integrates exposomics, mitochondrial health, and nutrigenomics to understand how environmental exposures, cellular energy balance, and food interact to shape lifelong health. But we go beyond the individual—recognising that the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat are only as healthy as the ecosystems that sustain them.

We are committed to a model of healthcare that is both personal and collective, one that nourishes the body while restoring the planet. By making conscious choices—supporting regenerative agriculture, reducing toxic exposures, and embracing sustainable nutrition—we heal ourselves and invest in the well-being of future generations.

Because when we care for our health, we care for the Earth. And when we care for the Earth, we ensure a healthier future for all.

A New Paradigm: The Future of Health is Regenerative

Your health is not separate from the world around you—it is shaped by:

  • The environment you live in (exposomics)
  • The way your body produces energy and fights damage (mitochondrial health)
  • How food interacts with your unique genetic blueprint (nutriomics & nutrigenomics)

Personalised healthcare connects these three pieces to design a lifestyle and nutrition plan that supports your body’s ability to heal, adapt, and thrive.

But true health is not just personal—it’s collective. It’s about the air your children will breathe, the food future generations will eat, and the soil that nourishes us all.

By taking care of your health through conscious choices—what you eat, how you live—you are also taking care of the planet. And when we care for the planet, we invest in the health of all life, including our own.

🌍 Healing ourselves and healing the Earth are the same journey.

By shifting the focus from “just me” to “me AND the world around me,” personalised healthcare becomes a movement—one rooted in science, ethics, and sustainability.
